Effective date: August 5, 2026
Paladex is a breeding and crafting calculator for the game Palworld. It is built to work entirely on your device. This policy explains what information the app handles, what leaves your device, and the choices you have.
Your pal box, pinned breeding plans, trait sessions, and app settings are stored locally on your device. If you never create an account, this data never leaves your device.
Creating an account requires an email address and password, handled by Firebase Authentication (a Google service). When you are signed in, your box, pinned plans, and settings are synced to Cloud Firestore so that your other devices can load them. Trait sessions stay on the device they were created on.
You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Settings, Account, Delete account). Deletion removes your synced data and your credentials from our servers. The copy of your data on your device stays with you.
Paladex shows banner ads from Google AdMob on the Pals, Items, Find, and Breed screens. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as your IP address, device model, and, only with your permission, your device's advertising identifier.
On your first launch, Paladex asks for permission to use your advertising identifier through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalized. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and some US states, you will also see a consent message with your choices, and you can revisit those choices at any time from Settings under Ad privacy options.
Purchasing Remove Ads turns off all advertising in the app, including the underlying advertising code. How Google uses information from apps that show its ads is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
The Remove Ads purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not see or store your payment details.
Paladex uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. These collect anonymous statistics (such as which screens are used and how often the app is opened) and technical crash reports (such as device model, OS version, and the state of the app when it crashed). We use this information only to understand how the app is used and to fix bugs. It is not tied to your name or email address.
Paladex is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Synced data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account in the app removes it from our servers. Anonymous analytics and crash data are retained by Google under Firebase's standard retention periods and then deleted automatically.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update this page and note the new effective date at the top.
